Upon receipt of a purchase from, a 7-day period from the official delivery date is provided for return requests.

For successful returns, ensure:

  • Products maintain their original state without signs of wear and tear.
  • All original packaging, tags, and cards remain intact.
  • Products have all original tags attached.
  • Items are directed to and received at the designated return address. Note: Returns are recognized only upon confirmed receipt.
  • Items will be subjected to an internal quality check to determine eligibility for a refund.

14-Day Replacement Assurance

Purchases from are safeguarded with a 14-day replacement guarantee, governed by the following:

  • Damages or defects should be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
  • An effort will be made to replace the ordered product with original tags attached. In the event of unavailability, an alternate solution may be proposed.
  • Valid reasons for replacement include manufacturing defects, damages during transit, or receipt of an incorrect item.
  • Returned items should include all original packaging, tags attached, and cards.
  • Returns are recognized post the product's arrival and subsequent quality inspection at the warehouse.

Exclusions: The Replacement policy does not extend to damages resulting from regular wear or oversight by the recipient.


14-Day Product Exchanges

For exchange inquiries, reach out promptly. Following the initiation of a return, the exchange will be processed.

To qualify for exchanges, ensure:

  • Products are in their original state, devoid of wear signs.
  • All original packaging is intact, and tags are attached.
  • Items are directed to and received at the designated return address. Note: Returns are acknowledged post receipt and quality check.

For items of unequal value, the following options are available:

  • Receive an E-Gift Voucher from INOX JEWELRY INDIA, reflecting the price difference.
  • Opt for products that exceed the original value. Any subsequent price difference and associated shipping costs are borne by the buyer.


In-Store Return Policy

For purchases made in retail locations, a 14-day product exchange window is granted. Refunds are not permissible for in-store transactions.

Options include:

  • Product Exchange: Should the alternate item with original tags attached be of lesser value, the difference is compensated through an E-Gift Voucher. For items of greater value, the difference in cost is the buyer's responsibility.
  • Store Credit: Acquire store credit matching the original product's purchase price, disbursed as an E-Gift Voucher.

Mandate: Exchange items must be pristine, unused, and accompanied by all original tags attached and packaging.
