- Our Management team took a call 10 days prior to the nationwide lock-down to move our operations off-site. This meant that all of our employees were on a Work-From-Home Schedule and we asked customers who had placed orders during this time to either choose to be refunded or wait until we could ship again.
- By taking this action early, we ensured the safety of our employees and work areas by minimizing exposure of the virus.
- We are waiting for 1 week post lock-down is lifted to ensure the safety of our employees and the packages we ship.
- We do regular health checks of our employees who are coming in to pack parcels that are being shipped to our customers.
- All employees are required to do regular self-assessment checks to keep track of their health and/or symptoms.
- We are only working with reputable courier partners who are following guidelines outlined by the Government & Medical Bodies at the forefront of this crisis.
- We follow strict guidelines of frequent hand-washing and recommended santization measures of our work area to ensure all parcels being shipped to customers are safe from our end.
- We are currently operating at a 10% work force on premises to implement social distancing.
